The NITPS website ("Website") and related services (together with the Website, the "Service") are operated by Manglam Systems & Solution Pvt. Ltd. ("NITPS", "us" or "we"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including any future modifications.

NITPS may amend, update or change these Terms and Conditions. NITPS may, in its sole discretion and at any time, update, change, suspend, make improvements to or discontinue any aspect of the Service, temporarily or permanently.

Registration

By registering for our services, you agree to provide accurate and updated information, safeguard your account, and accept all communication regarding orders or usage. Failure to provide correct exam registration details may lead to partial or complete suspension of access without refund.

Your Representations and Warranties

You agree to abide by all laws, own any content you submit, and authorize NITPS to use such content under license.

Inappropriate Use

You agree not to post or upload content that is harmful, illegal, abusive, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by NITPS.

All content is owned by NITPS or its licensors. No scraping, copying, or unauthorized use is allowed. All activity data belongs to NITPS.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed case-by-case. If eligible, refunds will be issued within 28 business days via the original payment method or by cheque. No refund is guaranteed without proper eligibility.

If you believe any content on our site infringes copyright, please notify us at info@nitps.org with full details as required under the Copyright Act, 1957.

Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by Indian law. The courts of Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction in any legal disputes relating to the Service.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder will remain in effect. NITPS may assign its rights without notice.
