Refund Policy

Please read this refund policy carefully before applying for a refund

1. General Policy

All individual refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are only granted if the request meets the eligibility criteria as outlined below. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.

Refunds will only be considered for eligible requests. Any misuse or violation of NITPS policies may disqualify you from receiving a refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@nitps.org.
  • The reason for the refund must be clearly mentioned with supporting evidence (if applicable).
  • No refunds will be provided for services already availed, downloaded certificates, or completed courses.
  • In case of any technical issues, the refund request must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Refund Timeline & Method

If your refund request is approved, the payment will be returned using the same mode of payment used during the transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded back to the same card within 28 working days.
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the original bank account within 28 working days.
  • Other Payment Modes: Refund will be issued via cheque in the billing name provided at the time of registration.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

The following scenarios will not be eligible for refunds:

Course completion and certificate already issued
Violation of terms or misuse of services
Refund request raised beyond the eligible period
